If you were wondering whether you can actually make a free website, and it is worth the effort, then the answer is easily, yes.
This website minisite.pw is our own website, but we have used the same free website account (50MB), free website builder, free SSL certificate, and we use the free provided email forwarder. If you use the email account, then you may need to reduce the size of your picture files and other content, however, we still have plenty of room if we wanted to use the email account on here. If you can keep it lean, delete all messages once dealt with, you can more easily run the email account and the website together.
Why would that be an issue
The only reason it is an issue, is if you use the free email account, which uses the same allocation as the website. In this case you need to keep the email account clear of clutter and the website files as small as possible.
Keeping your website files as
small as possible has an added benefit. It allows your website to rank
better in search engines as it will load quicker. Without having to
download big files all the time your SERP will be better off. That is a good practice to be in any way. All websites need to have lean files. So using this free account will help you to keep your site as small as possible in terms of file sizes.

Again, that is not really an issue, but you may need to pay for it. You can upgrade your account anytime you like and get more space, more bandwidth, more email accounts and more email space. As your site grows, you will probably want to do this anyway. At the time of writing this there is only the upgrade 1, which doubles most of your resources and the unlimited package. This allows you to know where you will be financially in the future. We may also add in more upgrades in between the top and the first level as demand requires. At least you know you will not need to pay more than the unlimited plan.
